The front desk took my email and stated it “didn’t come through on the reservation” and used it to sign me up for their points program for which I did not consent. Nor did she tell me she was taking my email for that purpose. This is a gross mistrust of what they use your personal information for so beware.
The bed was squeaky, fridge was loud and the thermostat was not great at keeping a constant temperature in October, which lead to a loud heating system that came on when the room was far too cold.
The comforter on the bed did not have a duvet cover! They sandwiched it between two sheets which is truly disgusting because the sheets slip off. Spoke to staff around midnight for a duvet cover and they said this is the standard and they don’t have duvet covers. They kindly provided us with 2 extra bed sheets which we used instead in an already cold room. Needless to say we barely slept that night. The sheets were very thin and you could see the static electricity at night.
The only one star it gets is for Parking. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. The one night stay was not worth it here.
