The electronic key card for my room did not work properly, I had to go up to the 3rd floor and go down with my luggage and then go up again. But that's not all, the same thing happened the next day when I couldn't get into the room after breakfast! If the card does not work, it must be replaced! One of the lights in the bathroom was not working and was damaged, and the door handle to the bathroom was poorly attached. When I tried to drink tea in the lobby in the evening, it turned out that the kettle had already been taken out(?) and the person on duty did not offer to return it. After all, there are too many "minor" flaws for such a hotel, as well as for any. Breakfast, cleanliness, silence were at an excellent level.

Before check out (12:00pm), hotel personnel knocked my door three times by 10:30am with no reason, they do not know English and it have made the hard communication.

Very clean rooms, new furniture, friendly reception, small refrigerator with drinks - so 8/10 There is no BAR😭 actually is some Asian bar who was closed. There is no Kettle in the room that we can make morning coffee (what is very important for me to wake up) and you can't get it from the hotel (of course we wanted to pay) and the third but not so important was the street train who was under our room every 20-30min 🙄

The hotel room is spacious with brand new furniture. Free drinks in the refrigerator. Clean bathroom. Close proximity to bus stops. Parking is not free. Overall, highly recommended!

Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Dafür wird die Minibar gratis angeboten. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der scheinbar dazugehörende Vietnamese direkt nebenan war super lecker. Leider war die Sauna gesperrt. Der Frühstucksraum ist sehr dunkel, da nur kleine Fenster vorhanden sind und die Wände schwarz gestrichen sind. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr gut.

Gutes City Trip Hotel
Ein super Städtetrip. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Eine S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür ins Zentrum. Somit abends auch etwas ruhiger. Das Thai Restaurant im Hotel ist mega.

Der Empfang vom Tresen war sehr nett und alles wurde gut erklärt. Leider war am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück der Frühstücksraum komplett belegt und wir mussten in den Konferenzraum frühstücken. Da war total unpersönlich und nicht schön eingerichtet. Ansonsten war es für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend.
