I was in town under very difficult circumstances—my father had been in a tragic train accident that left him paralyzed. They kept my room immaculate and even left a care package in my room, which was such a thoughtful and much-needed surprise. The location felt secure, and the rooms were well-maintained, providing the perfect space to rest during such a difficult time. While the standard rating is five stars, I’d give them TEN for the way they went above and beyond.
