Just there for an overnight stay, woken during the evening by some idiots in the carpark outside my room perhaps some thicker drapes or double glazing . Reception staff apologised in the morning at checkout , not their fault , if I stay there again I will be requesting a room on a higher floor otherwise all good .

Great location and onsite parking. Unfortunately what we booked and paid for (executive family room) differed from what we got. Asked reception staff and showed the photos on wotif but we were told they “don’t advertise that particular room”?!! Bath had a large rusting dent/hole in the bottom where you stand for shower. Disappointing for the price we paid.

I found the reception staff exceedingly kind and helpful - not only at 'check in' but also when my husband realised his phone was missing. They took the time to check the lounge area and found it and kept it safe until we returned from our dinner date.
