We were not given enough wash clothes for the number of people in our room. I ask for additional wash clothes and they acted like they didn't understand English. I then had to take our used towels to the laundry myself because they didn't have any additional ones clean. The positive side of this stay is that my daughter left her tablet in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in the the front desk. They contacted me that they had it. I appreciate the honesty of their employees.

Difficult to access, had to use side road behind the bar as terrific on Ford Road constantly busy. The hotel is old and in poor condition. Rooms are only serviced on request and it took four days of asking and contacting Wyndham to get my room cleaned, bins and recycling emptied. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Hotel is very old and dated. T.V. and phone not working. Curtains old, dirty and broken (wouldn't open after closing). People were very friendly but many times not available at the front desk. The back of the hotel felt a little unsafe as there were always people lingering around (possibly homeless).
