Please don’t waste your time.
I was amazed that this hotel is associated with Wyndham, because it’s just that horrible: - TVs don’t work - I was moved to another room that reeked of cigarette smoke in which the TV did work, but the water didn’t - My room didn’t have towels. Guy at the front desk went to a community area across from the desk and grabbed a couple of thin, dingy grey towels - Moved back to my original room (still w/o a working TV). Front desk claimed manager was bringing a TV that never came - I left an item in one of the switched rooms. Asked if I could retrieve, front desk claimed it was never there - Potential room switches had holes in the walls, and the TVs didn’t work either (hence the reason I was switched back to my original room). - Asked for any type of rebate due to being inconvenienced during the trip, was told since I paid online, I would not be eligible for any rebate. - My son was itching the day we left. Got home and there were HUGE sores all over his back and legs. Of course no hotel will admit they have bugs, but this one definitely does. This hotel is absolutely disgusting and should be condemned.

My stay at a filthy decrepit room.
Decrepit very dirty and unsanitary room. I would give this place in Canton/Livonia zero stars. I was very afraid of getting sick from the filth on the door, toilet, tub, wall, microwave, and fridge. The floors underspending and mopped. Basically not a place for even a animal to stay in. The sheets had a bad smell as though it wasn’t washed. A small amount of pictures will explain just less than half of what this let me post.
A large crumb of something that I didn’t want to touch. And walls and appliances filthy dirty of the pictures that didn’t let my photos come through.
Spot on shower curtain with the tub and toilet were 100% even more disgusting

Misleading hotel/motel -shocked with stains sheets
I recently checked into this property but left within 15-20 minutes due to the appalling conditions. The pictures and reviews were completely misleading. The room was dark, freezing cold, and had a strong smell of smoke. To make matters worse, the heater wasn't working properly, and it was -15 degrees outside. We also discovered stains(kind of blood-like) on the sheets and minimal bedding. I didn't take the picture due to this shocking condition, and I also couldn't get ahold of the Hotels.com service people. It was not just uncomfortable but a serious health and safety risk. My wife even started coughing. We ended up finding another place (Fairfield by Marriot) to stay for 2 nights. I hope the owners and hotels .com take this feedback seriously and do not mislead people, as no one should have to go through this.

Not at all as pictured!! Crappy conditions. Both beds were made with only sheets and the “cover” thing, no actual blankets. Pulled down the top sheet on one bed to find all kinds of dirtiness, hairs, candy wrappers, just gross! Floors and tub were so bad too! Unfortunately we didn’t have the ability to go somewhere else so we asked for all new bedding (took over an hour to get it) and a broom so we could sweep up ourselves, still didn’t walk around barefoot!
