WHEN WE ARRIVED THE GAL AT FRONT DESK WAS NEW AND TOOK A WHILE TO CHECK IN. WE WERE ASSIGNED TO A SO CALLED ACSESABLE ROOM WHICH WAS SMALL AND SMELLED FUNNY. THE BATHTUB WAS DIRTY, PHONES DIDNT WORK , CARPETS WERE DIRTY AMD FLOORS WERE STICKY TO WALK ON. MY WIFE REFUSED THE ROOM AND CLERK SHOWED US 2 OTHER ROOMS THAT WERE WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE.WE ASKED TO HAVE MONEY REFUNDED TO HER CREDIT CARD AND WE WERE TOLD TO TALK TO TRAVELOCITY ABOUT THAT.. WE ENDED UP AT A HOTEL NEXT STORE TO THE BAYMOUNT IN CANTON MICHIGAN AND IT WAS A TOTAL 360 THAN FIRST HOTEL..

The floor was dirty, the shower was dirty, the door was busted and looks like someone broke in. The room smelled of cigarettes really bad and mold. The sheets and carpet were damp. The first room we were given wasnt cleaned the bed was unmade and filthy

It got worse
As soon as i walked in to check in the lobby i knew i picked a bad hotel. The property was dirty the parkinglot was less than desirable. The 1st room was dirty, it looked like they hired crackheds to remodel there were paint chips and dirt in the bathroom on the floor. The towels were stained and you could smell the mildew. The front desk moved us into a different room, it wasnt much better. We left for dinner before unpacking the car and as we got back to double check the new room number i guess it was never changed in the computer. They gave us a 3rd room, and that room was wildly worse i looked at my wife and we decided to just drive home 3.5 hours back home.

Horrible hotel!!
First room had no lights, shower was broken, toilet roll holder was missing and door wouldn’t lock. Second room we were moved to the deadbolt was broken, and the homeless men a room away were yelling and screaming, pacing back and forth in front of the rooms until after midnight. The third room they moved us to the shower didn’t function at all and the phone was broken. The whole place smelled like marijuana and urine. This hotel was in deplorable condition, the mechanics of the place were non functional and the furniture was falling apart. Please see pictures. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant. Only good thing I can say about this stay.

Not recommended for a family or disabled person
The hotel was extremely Hot. The lobby was hot. Check in was easy. My room was hot and stuffy smelled like cigarettes. The ac unit did not cool the room. The carpet in the room could use shampooing. Was not a comfortable stay for me and my family. We needed more towels for our room was informed I had to come down stairs to return our used towels before receiving new towels only for them not to have any towels available. Staff did not follow up with bringing new towels to our room. I have congested heart failure so walking up and down the stairs to check was very inconvenient and uncomfortable for me.

Seems like they were trying to renovate the rooms. First room they gave us was still under renovation. The second room we got one of the beds didn't have any sheets on it. We had to get sheets and we made ourselves. The staff was very friendly but I think that they are understaffed and have people that does not clean the rooms very well. The carpet looked like it hadn't been swept very good. The door to the room was very hard to open. You pretty much had to put your weight on it to get it open.

Our room was dirty and very outdated. Broken table leg, no remote for tv, smelled horrible. My daughter and family didnt even stay in their room it was so bad. Liquor bottle on the floor. Gum on headboard dripping down and a smell you couldn't stand. Would never recommend or stay there again.
