"This property was the best VRBO we've ever stayed at.so far.We came to town for the holidays and found the house comfortable, with plenty of room to relax between gatherings. Every bedroom has a TV, plenty of pillows, room for your things, and a comfortable bed. The only drawback to the house was the stairs. There are stairs everywhere. We will definitely book this house again. As long as no one is on crutches. "

"We're VRBO veterans who are accustomed to being slightly disappointed in the reality once we arrive. Not true here - pleasantly surprised! Great clean and cozy space with many thoughtful touches for our 3 adults to share while visiting local family over thanksgiving holiday. Nice big bedrooms with comfy beds, nightstands on both sides, dressers & closets, and some of the softest sheets and blankets I've ever felt! Kitchen with pretty much anything you could want for cooking. Bathroom had nice big rain shower and plenty of fluffy towels. It is a garden level space, with plenty of light coming in, but also private. Comfortable living area furniture, which doesn't always happen in rentals! It was too cold to use the porch or back yard spaces, but the gazebo, firepit and grill look like they'd be lovely during warmer temps. Very pleasant neighborhood close to our family's houses made it a super convenient location. Would have loved walking the neighborhood if we had more time and warmer weather. Christina was great about timely responses to a couple of questions. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location, "bigger on the inside" house. The only drawback is there's only one bathroom, but it wasn't an issue since I was only staying with one other person. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a very cute older historical home in a beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adult women get together for the weekend, and this place fit our group perfectly. One of us snores so the 3rd floor bedroom option fit perfectly, just a tad noise from the highway but slept great with a fan running on high over the fan. We ordered take out both nights, great selection of a variety of different foods. Delivery from area restaurants were fast and delicious, under 25 mins from order to door. This fit our group great! If your party is more than 5, I suggest bringing your own towels, and extra blankets. The idea of 9 people would require 3 people in the kind, 2 in the queen bed, then two singles in third bedroom plus two people sleeping on the couch sectional. You would need to bring extra bedding for couch if planned on using that to sleep on. It was a perfect weekend and we plan to use this place again next time we come to town for an event. It’s clean, cute, and close to most places you typically want to be close by. It’s very affordable "
