It seems some rooms vary in their arrangement. This was the 2nd time we stayed and the King Rm this time was VASTLY different fromt he King Rm last time. There was NO luggage rack to open your suitcase onto or anything else either- no desk, no bench, nothing- except the bed beside your spouse. There was also no room even to pass each other around the bed. All very different from the last room of the same type. Last time we were on an upper floor. This time we were on the 1st floor. Don't make that mistake. At least we cld no longer hear laughter at the bar or pool balls being broke after 10 or so, so that was good, but the family of elephants that was staying in the room above us woke up at 4am and were gone by 5:30am. RME. So BOOK the top floor- it will be quieter, maybe you'll have a view, and maybe you'll have a room bigger than 300 sq ft. Breakfast was pretty decent I must say. Didn’t avail ourselves of the bar, but there was one and it had a bartender.

We did not receive a room with accessible roll-in shower as requested. The lights were very dim in the room. There was no easy chair or sofa in the room. The tub was VERY slippery. The soap/lotion bottles were hard to squeeze. There were adequate grab bars in the tub area, but none around the toilet. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. With no carpet, the foot noise from the room above was irritating. The breakfast was average. The airport shuttle was very good.

We booked a King Room. When we went to our room, it was a two queen room. (No problem so we thought). We went downstairs to let the attendant at the front desk know that there had been a mistake. He told us that the kings were booked and made no effort to make it right, and pretty much made it seem like it was our fault. We booked and paid for a king room and got a queen room and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me to stay here.

My partner and I stayed here as a 9-hour layover. The shuttle to and from the airport is so helpful! It saved us Uber fees plus we got some sleep & a clean space to freshen up in. If I happen to come here for a layover again, I’d choose this hotel.
