Worst process ever
The check in process is beyond ridiculous and not safe for customers, they’re customer service team is completely incompetent and unwilling to help with issues that are faults on their end, I was on the line with their team for over four hours before I got any useful information and the useful information was that they were unable to help per their policy which they danced around but never confirmed until my last moments peaking with them.

Our room was spacious and weak equipped. The bathroom was large with a great shower. Although the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner were of good quality, it was difficult to work the pumps. I could not get the conditioner out at all. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was good quality cotton. The room was modern and tasteful. We found the Roku TV difficult to use and took too much time to find and download shows. There should be at least some good live channels. Bring all your passwords if you want to watch any apps. The heated pool and hot tub were great however, there is nowhere to change at the pool and Sonder doesn’t supply robes in the room. Overall, I highly recommend staying here just remember to bring some basics to snack on and cream for your coffee as there isn’t a store nearby.

Great property to stay at, especially with families or groups. Parking in the garage is easy and convenient. The apartment has everything you need, pots/pans/utensils/plates, a full size fridge and stove top. There is extra bedding for the sofa bed, and there are cabinets on each floor of the building with extra things you may need, such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper. The outside courtyard is adorable and well kept. My only issue was the electronic door lock was hit or miss, but Sonder compensated me for the issues. I would highly recommend staying here!

The moment you arrive and see earplugs next to the bed, you realize that something unpleasant is likely to happen. We were assigned a room in front of the area where the dogs relieve themselves, so around 7:00 am, we started hearing dogs barking. While the inside of the apartment is clean and pleasant, I was never able to open the windows or enjoy the terrace area due to the smell of dog waste. If you go, make sure you are not assigned to these areas. Personally, I am not coming back.

Great stay for visiting friends living in Wheatridge/west Denver area. Initial access is a bit complicated if you are new to Sonder properties. If you have a rental car for your visit, get the inside parking, don’t rely on street parking.
