Our private loft-style guesthouse is perfectly situated in Northern Denver, with simple access to restaurants and bars in the Lo-Hi neighborhood, so make sure to enjoy Denver’s food scene and nightlife! Or the kitchen is stocked with all the basic equipment for you to cook up countless feasts for the homebodies.

As you head up the stairs you are welcomed into the living area with a modest view of the downtown Denver skyline, sleeper sofa, Wifi, and stainless steel equipped kitchen. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a cozy queen bed, plus the Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Step into the walk-in shower with endless hot water after your day exploring Colorado’s many sights and activities.

Walk to Lo-Hi! Coors Field and Lo-Do is ONLY 1 mile away! On the way back from the Rockies game grab some grub at Avanti Food and Beverage, then just a 5-minute walk home. Avanti Food and Beverage, Denver’s “Collective Eatery”, contains 2 bars and several “food truck” style restaurants for each member of your group to pick from. With too many bars and eateries to name in the immediate vicinity, your taste buds will be entertained at every meal.

Take the family a quick mile away to spend the day at the Downtown Aquarium, Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park (Six Flags), or find your own haven on the banks of the South Platte River, at Commons Park, with trails to connect to the entire Denver area! The Pepsi Center is practically right next door with a variety of concerts and sporting events. From there, you are on the edge of downtown Denver with multitudes of shopping, sightseeing, and year-round events for the entire family. Don’t forget to take the kids to the Children's Museum for a day packed with laughter and learning for all.
