During our first night at the hotel, the dining area was closed, which was disappointing. We had to shower and get dressed to go out to eat, despite being very exhausted. We had no plans to leave the hotel that night. The restroom fixtures were very rusty, and the lack of a restroom extractor made it very humid. The AC never turned off, even though we had it on auto. As a result, my baby woke up with a cough. The pool had a very strong smell of chlorine, and after being in there for 30 minutes, my son's eyes started burning. We were under the impression that breakfast was included, like at Holiday Inn, but we found out that was not the case. Overall, I regretted my stay. We decided to leave on Saturday at 6:00 pm and did not stay until the next morning because we were not comfortable staying another night. When I tried to give the key card to the front desk while informing them that we were checking out, the staff member said they didn't need it. Overall, I am very disappointed and don't think I can recommend this hotel at all.

Housekeeping knocked on our door and woke us up prior to 8:00 am to see if we were there. 5 minutes later another housekeeper knocked on the door to see if we were there. Housekeeping knocked a third time just before 11:00 am. We had to navigate around all the dirty linens in the hall when we finally left. First time staying here, and the last.
