Nice apartments, but issues with staff

Stayed during the off-season but the apartment was easily warmed against cold temps outside. Wifi was stable and strong, and the apartment was well stocked for self-service living. The staff were the one negative, as a clerk with virtually no English was often alone at the front desk, while on another occasion having left a spare key at reception for my room-mate, he was told it was never handed in and had to call me to get into the room. I went down, only to find a new member of staff at the desk, who rather than search for the key, insinuated I had lost it, then warned me I'd have to pay for a new one out of my deposit! Needless to say she found it under a ream of paper not ten minutes later, called the room to make me go down and get it, then offered no apology when I arrived down to collect it.

Very unpersonal hotel

Despite the central location of the hotel, we have been very disappointed by the hotel itself ; no service, empty mini bar, can't even order a drink in the lobby, poor general look of the hotel, rooms are so uncharming and depressing. Would not recommend for sure.

Les appartements sont spacieux et bien équipés, les lits sont trés confortables. Bien vu le kit nécessaire à ménage avec éponge, liquide vaisselle, 5 pastilles lave vaisselle... Idéalement situé entre la plage et le centre ville, avec vue sur la mer, c'était TOP

En réservant mon séjour sur hotels.com j 'étais persuadée que j'avais réservé un appartement mais en arrivant à l'hôtel, la réceptionniste m'a annoncé que c'était une chambre simple que j'avais payée, j'étais fort surprise!!!!! une erreur de ma part ou d'hôtels.com ? Dans tous les cas, mon problème a été réglé car en ajoutant un supplément j'ai pu avoir ce que je pensais avoir réserver au départ. J'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement était très calme, propre et très fonctionnel. Je reviendrai certainement dans cette résidence car j'y étais bien accueillie

Hôtel bien situé et confortable

Hôtel proche de la plage, du Casino et des rues commerçantes. Chambre confortable. Piscine intérieure très bien. En revanche,le personnel à la réception n'est pas très accueillant ni chaleureux. L'alarme incendie s est déclenchée à 7h30 dimanche matin, la réceptionniste était dépassée, et pas un geste commercial pour compenser les désagréments. 13euros le peti déjeuner c est excessif, même pour Deauville.

Bien situé, dommage pour le petit-déjeuner

On a passé un week-end en famille. L'Hôtel est bien situé, tout près du centre-ville. La piscine et le hammam sont très bien. L'appartement avait une odeur de moisi et nécessiterait de quelques rénovations. Les lits sont confortables. Le grand défaut de cet Hôtel est le fait de ne pas proposer la possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner dans la salle prévue à cet effet. Il nous a été dit que la salle du petit-déjeuner est réservée aux client de l’Hôtel. Je ne comprend pas pour quelle raison. Bien sûr l'appartement est équipé d'une cuisine et d'un frigo, ce qui est un plus, mais si on n'a pas envie de faire les courses ou de cuisiner, pourquoi ne pas proposer la possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner (payant bien sûr) au buffet? En plus ma réservation ne précisait pas ce détail et je n'avais pas prévu des jus de fruits pour le petit-déjeuner des enfants. C'est vrai qu'on peut commander des viennoiseries à la réception, mais à ce moment-là autant bien faire les choses et proposer un panier complet avec jus de fruits, pains, confitures...

Service du petit dejeuner

Le petit déjeuner a 13 euros parait excessif meme si il y a pas mal de choses proposé sauf si on mange pour 4 vaut mieux prendre son courage et aller dans un cafe en ville l avantage etant que l hôtel est vraiment a proximité
