The only good experience of us staying in this hotel was the front desk people they were very professional unfortunately Hotel didn’t meet the expectations. Elevator didn’t work. It was noisy dirty. We had to use stairs the whole time because elevator didn’t work for over two days.

Elevator was broke, so I had to use the stairs, and there was no conditioner in my room prior to arriving, the sun curtain was broken in the bathroom. Light only had one light to rest and not turn on.

The room was good but had no soap. Not to wash hands or in the shower. I didn't notice until I was taking a shower. The elevator being broken was definitely a bummer but the service was great and they did offer to help with bags.

So the building has some structural issues and we did not find this out until we checked in. Their elevator shaft is needing to be fixed so NO elevator (we had to sign a risk form using just the stairs) and because of this they only booked the bottom 3 floors. Thus the noise from the freeway is noticeable. They have a sound machine in the room but still it was hard to sleep with all the traffic noise.

The worst hotel ever
his is the worst hotel ever. Firstly, next to the Highway, super noisy even windows closed. Secondly, we got told that the elevator permanently closed, we have to climb up and down the stairs with suitcases. Thirdly, super bad service, i asked room service in the morning, when i back to room in the evening, the dirty towels are still on the floor, i asked, and the hotel people said we are under staff..... Fourth.The roof-bar is closed due to the elevator closed. The worst thing is that the hotel force guest to sign the waive letter, when you arrive in the mid night, exhausted from the flight, you just want to have a shower and rest in the bed, there is no way you have energy to find other hotel soon, but sign the damn waive letter. The hotel knew all about this and still ongoing, which is very bad.

Elevator did not work and we were not told ahead of time. This meant rooftop and rooftop bar were closed. The shades in room would not go down all the way allowing a bright light to shine in. Very loud traffic noise and asked for the option to stay on parking lot side. Staff seemed unconcerned about any of it!

Stay somewhere else.
They told me my card declined-ended up having to call my Bank in front of everyone where I then gave them the authorization from my bank where it was accepted. Finally they “trusted me enough that I got a room after wanting to run my card again for the full total, but without any refund. Elevators not working and will not stay there again. 3 vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires, so I don’t know if there were other issues.
