Overall the hotel was very good. The one very poor area was common sense. I was there for a medical procedure on my back and needed a walker for mobility. They gave me a room at the far end of the hotel. Why would they do that? It was ridiculous. The young man at the front desk should put down his phone and be more observant.

The staff was awesome. As we got to the hotel they lady at the front desk was awesome . Got me in to my room quick. She provided great customer service. We were in town for a couple days And the staff was outstanding. They guided us to th best places in town since we have never been to Dallas. I would like to Thank everyone for the great hospitality. We will definitely stay their again when we go back to Dallas. And definitely will recommend Sleep Inn .
