Good size room. Good view near the river. Good walking distance to ancient town and night markets. Pool is very clean. Breakfast is decent. The best thing about this hotel is the front desk receptionist Hien. She was very nice and remembered our names. She is very knowledgeable and gave our team great recommendations. Lovely small hotel just far enough away from the busy old town but easily walkable with many dining options close by. Great friendly staff and nice pool overlooking river. Most rooms have river view so you can see the boats and lanterns all lit up at night.

Hien was an absolute gem to meet. She is so positive and upbeat and shared a bunch of recommendations that my children would probably enjoy and how to save some money doing them. We shared stories about her son and my boys and really just enjoyed her company. The hotel itself was in a great location facing the river. It is a small hotel and maybe better suited for couples and solo travelers because the hotel itself was very quiet and any kid sounds my boys made required quick attention. The pool was well taken care of and so refreshing in the hot afternoons too! Would I come back here? Absolutely! I would just leave my kids at home! Hien has 10/10 customer service!

Amazing hotel
The best hotel we have stayed in while visiting Vietnam. Nothing was a hassle for the staff, the hotel is clean and well maintained. Close distance to walk to markets, restaurants and pubs. Stayed for 2 nights. Room was spacious with great air conditioning. Shower was decent with no issues with hot water. No issues with noise. Found the bed to be a little hard for our taste. We had the chance to meet Hien, who did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is not a big hotel with 200 rooms and you can clearly see the difference. I would really recommend this place if you are looking for a conveninent and amazing location. I would come back without a doubt if I'm in the area again.

Beautiful setting for this hotel, right on the riverside, and within walking distance of the old town. Hien made us feel so welcome and gave us tips on shops to visit and activities to do while in Hoi An. She even hand wrote a list of information for us to keep and looked after us like a mother for the whole of our stay.
