Stayed in a king room with hot tub- everything was pristine. Perfectly clean- bright white surfaces that were spotless and black light test passed perfectly. The only disappointment was the breakfast. I wanted cereal - 3 options and the milk was spoiled/curdled. Stick with the eggs and sausage or pastries!!! Overall a wonderful, quiet, and clean hotel.

Easy check-in and excellent advice on a dinner restaurant. Our room was spotless, spacious, and the corner entrance to the bath was both convenient and efficient. We noted doors on the closet, a nice feature that added to the room’s appearance. Our breakfast staff and room service staff were pleasant and polished. A top-notch stay.

The property was beautiful, elegant and exquisitely kept. The only possibly negative comment I have is that when I checked in the desk agent did not inquire about whether or not I was a choice privileges member. I am unsure if I got credit for the stay. I was tired when I arrived and did not think of it at the time.

Clean. Pleasant looking. Bed very comfortable. Pet policy needs to be upfront on booking. But surprisingly nice place and you should consider when visiting the Cumberland area.

We came to the property on a motorcycle. The guy who checked us in told us that we should park under awning because it was going to rain. Thanks to him our bike was dry when we were getting ready to go. Would recommend that hotel to everyone.

Comfortable beds and clean
The stay was great, unfortunately a baseball team was also staying so our access to the pool was not great because it was very crowded. However this is not the hotels fault. The hotel was great and clean.
