Fabulous vacation rental home in the heart of Crystal River! Bring your boat! There's no bridge blocking your way to the Gulf. Home is fun ready! Boat or Kayak from the 8 x 20 floating dock (open on both ends) to the local fun spots. Spacious home with very open floor plan for family fun! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 10 people. Great place for family and friends to gather for some rest and relaxation after a busy day on the water. Fully equipped kitchen that's waiting for the seafood chef in you to cook the catch of the day, or enjoy your meal cooked on the gas grill on the outdoor deck. At least 6 kayaks and life vests are provided. Three Sister's Springs and Hunter Springs are nearby. The "Plantation Inn" is walking distance and you can launch your boat there for a small fee. Fishing tournaments, manatee tours, boat & paddle board rentals, sunset cruises are all nearby. You're also very close to several of Crystal River's best rated restaurants. Come see what Crystal River has to offer and swim with the manatee! The house is on a beautiful half acre lot for your enjoyment with ample parking. Short boat ride to the gulf and no bridge to worry about. Let's start packing! If the home is ready, early check in may be available. Purchasing trip insurance when you book is recommended. BOOKINGS MORE THAN 2 WEEKS REQUIRE APPROVAL. Property has exterior cameras. If cameras become deactivated during your stay, owner can access property to reset with very short notice. This is a beautiful property…clean and comfortable with so many outdoor features that just made this trip so perfect! We were able to launch the kayaks right from the backyard dock, coffee next to be water, games, grill. I just can’t say enough good things about our stay! We will definitely be back for another stay :)

We got a boat from across the canal to go to springs for diving and exploring; the location is perfect. The kayaks at the house were fun for all of us, we went out to the bay many times. The house is well supplied.

We wanted to have a family get together before the kids went back to school. We had also not gone scalloping for several years, the house was a perfect place for us to be able to accomplish both. We rented a boat close by and scalloped for 2 days. Some of us were able to go kayaking with the boats available at the house. We definitely want to come back.

Perfect canal cul-de-sac home!
A great home at the end of a canal with easy floating dock access to the house. We found everything we needed in Donna's home whether it was towels and detergent or table games and foosball. The proximity of the house to the Plantation Adventure Center was perfect for getting our boats in/out of the water fast; we could watch the ramp traffic from the back patio! A few in our group explored several of the springs nearby courtesy of the many kayaks on offer on property. Donna was quick to respond and able to accommodate our dogs. We will definitely consider this home again on future scalloping trips!

Overall it was a really nice clean home, with lots of room. The dock was really nice and there was lots of room for our pontoon . There was a lot of extras in the kitchen, lots of dish soap, laundry soap and bath shampoo and everything you could need. I did leave a frying pan in the laundry room that had been burnt and put in the back of the pantry. Thank you for making it easy for us.

Calming experience
We had our Son here from North Carolina for the week, perfect Fathers Day gift! We could not have asked for a better time. The home was very clean and roomy. AC kept us very comfortable in the heat outside. The docking for our boat was smooth and dock's in great shape. Ramp just 3-4 houses down made everything so easy. We WILL definatly be renting from Ms Donna again.

Weekend getaway
My mother, husband, and I met my daughter and best friend for a couple day getaway. The weather was beautiful; the kayaks were refreshing. We were able to sit around the huge dining table and eat and play games. We visited, we laughed, we ate! Just what we all needed. The deck was peaceful as we sat and watched the water. The house is well proportioned with room for everyone. My adult daughter thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub. We didn’t try out the steam shower. Easy check in and out. The kitchen was fully equpped. The knives were amazing. Donna has thought of all the little things that make a house a home away from home.

Fantastic-centrally located to manatees. My husband & I discussed coming back and staying 2 extra days to do some kayaking, biking, or hiking. A 2 day stay was too short. The property comes with 5 or 6 kayaks and the canal is right there. Wonderful place to hang out with friends-lots of room.

We came to visit the manatees and this place was perfect! The boat ramp is just across the water and the boat dock is perfect for bringing your own watercraft. Three Sister’s Springs is a short boat ride away. We enjoyed the kayaks also. The house was clean and spacious. The kids loved the gaming table most of all. We have already booked again for next year.
