Comfortable and roomy
We stayed here for a couples weekend and hung out in bricktown. The location is perfect. The beds were comfortable, clean, and came with a full kitchen. The staff was very friendly. We got to breakfast late and they allowed us to get food before they put the leftovers away.

The place was beautiful and clean. The staff was courteous and beyond helpful. The only downside was that the pool was down for half our stay then when it opened it was murky and a bit gross.

3 rd shift team was not very friendly. Had to figure out where to go to get to my room. First shirt team was very professional and nice. Kitchen staff was a bit rude as they cleaned up the breakfast before it ended. Had to get management involved so my kids could eat. Pool was closed , needless to say we bounced right away.

Location was great. When booking, we did not choose an accessible room, but was given one. Since the shower was ADA accessible water was all over the floor. Not that big a deal, but when you have a little one it could be a safety issue and the request for a non-accessible room could be important. The bathroom did seem a little outdated. Staff was nice and friendly upon checkin and check out.

2 bedroom suite for 7 friends.
We enjoy the location of this hotel and the outdoor pool. After being in the room we noticed hairs on the pillow and towels that were not ours. The pillows were terribly flat!! The next morning we started trying to take showers between 6 and 9 am and were unable to get any hot water. It was barely warm.

Staff were great! Check in was fast. When I called and asked for an extra towel, blanket, etc. the response time was prompt and staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was actually good. You get a hot breakfast like eggs potatoes bacon, sausage, oatmeal with whatever toppings, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, bagel, orange juice, apple juice, ozarka water, little nugget ice, cold brew, decaf or hot coffee, teas. I will be staying here again. Things I had an issue with was being charged for parking every day and we were on the top floor and I think our room had a water leak. They would have a big fan blowing the carpet and was starting to smell like mildew. Probably need to go ahead and fix the leak and replace drywall and carpet. Other than that my experience here was awesome.
