The only thing that needs looking at is the breakfast it's ok but for 5* it should be better coffee area is defo not 5* and the food is a little tasteless . I stayed at Jen by shangri la in singapore and that is far superior at the breakfast buffet . "

"It was amazing and met all descriptions. I paid for a koala view room and had the opportunity to watch one for hours. There are free tours and breakfast included too. Great value for the price as it includes parking and two days of zoo entry with private entrance. "

This hotel exudes the luxury of 5 star facilities and amenities, yet maintains the classic elegant look of the former General post office building. The property is located near plenty of shopping and dining areas, within walking distance of Sydney’s iconic places, like the Opera house and Darling Harbour. Great service and friendly staff, it would have been perfect if they included a pool with their facilities. The rooms are spacious, modern and with great amenities. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back and stay at the Fullerton Hotel again. "
