The staff was friendly and very helpful! The suite was ideal except for the slightly shabby condition of worn carpet and cabinets in need of refinishing or replacement! The bed was comfortable! Would stay there in the future!

The room did not feel clean, between stains on nearly every surface, lamps broken and unusable, and discoloration in the tub/bathroom. The whole hotel had an off-putting smell. Our air conditioner was broken and when the temperature got to 80 degrees, there was nothing they could do for us other than give us a fan. They had no extra rooms or maintenance to fix it. They did offer to change our room for the second night, but by the time we could it would have been more of a hassle.

It was absolutely horrible. My air conditioner did not work in the room and they had no other room to put us in and no one to even come out and look at it. So they gave us a fan that barely blew and told me I couldn’t get money back till I talk to manager on Monday possible, cause I said I wanted money back to go find another hotel so we wouldn’t sweat. The lady behind the counter at front desk threw her cell phone across the counter area behind desk on the floor when it started ringing also in front of me and other guest. It smelled horrible in the hotel it self and was hot in the halls too.
