Average stay for me. Service received not really up to my expectation. When check in found main door stopper is damaged and the screw injured my hubby feet. When inform to front desk and request to fix they say their room got no room stopper. However, when we back from outside walk, we say an engineering staff and housekeeping staff inside our room and fix the room door stopper. Bathtub in room unable to store water properly but housekeeping did came to check and fix it immediately. We can for anniversary and I email inform the hotel that I would like to surprise my hubby for this. However, when we check in at lobby counter, the staff straight away asking what time we shall send the cake to room...thus, there is no more surpirse....haha. By the way, the cake taste not very good for us, hope hotel can review on this.

Both my mom and I had an amazing stay. Thanks for the upgrade which made the stay much more memorable for my mom who celebrated her 81st birthday at the Parisian. The view was spectacular and all the staff ate well trained and polite. Highly recommended if you are looking for great stay, view, services and convenience.

The Parisian is very well located at the Cotai Strip. It is well connected to it's sister hotels, The Londoner and Venetian by an overhead bridge. The iconic Eiffel Tower is well lit at night and offers an excellent background for photo taking. The viewing gallery at level 7 which is open to the public with charge is an ideal place to take photos of the Cotai Strip. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and helpful. My check-in was smooth. The WiFi for the "Sand Resorts" was excellent. Surprisingly it cover all building and grounds of the three hotels. There are free shuttles to/fro Macau International Airport and Gongbei land crossing/ Immigration to Zhuhai every 5-10 minutes I would stay in The Parisian again when I visit Macau in future

The staff insisted my showing the itinerary number in addition to finding my reservation. I did not need to do that in other hotels when I checked in. All I had to do was showing my passport or ID. Also, I heart noise from the door when people were talking in the aisle at night.
