The room no Wifi even Hotels.con informed with Wifi. And the first room couldn’t take hot water. Then I tried to inform the problem but telephone was not working. The hotel arranged another room it was more luxurious but looks long time no use or no change bedclothes because smells strongly mold.

If you want to find a place to have a silent and peaceful vacation, Cordova Reef resort is the best place for you. The place is very cozy and very peaceful, fit for the people who want to find themselves. The staff are very accommodating and hospitable. What I don’t like is the aircon, I think it is a bit old and it is not in its best performance. So the room is a bit warm even at night. But overall, our stay is splendid. I could give it a 4.5/5. Job well done! More power! 🙏

The resort was like a ghost town, there was no one there. No WiFi is any of the rooms. Had to sit in the sweltering lobby area to access the internet. Rooms were in desperate need of renovation. The pool area was the only decent thing about the place.

The following reviews are based on our 10 days staying. 1. Cleaningness We found a cockroach on the duvet when we were watching TV in bed, after we changed the room, we found a huge cockroach behind the basin in the bathroom. It’s terrible. 2. Staff Staff working in the restaurant and housekeeping are nice and very attentive. But front desk are soso, they are not attentive even when we just arrive the hotel for check in. And don’t even bother to ask them calling the taxi for you, we tried twice, both are scam and old dirty taxi, just use the app “grab” which is more reliable. 3. Facility Everything are very old and basic, we changed the room cause the power circuit is not working on our 4th night. 4. Location It’s kinda remote at the Mactan island, there is no tourist facilities around the area. It takes you 30 mins to reach the local mall, and 1.5 hours to decent big mall at Cebu island. It’s good to chill and relax and the pool everyday, it’s not for you if you need to out daily. 5. WIFI it’s only available at the lobby area, not in your room and restaurant and pool side. We used our own WiFi egg all through our stay. Be prepared! Overall, we are happy for our trip but not the hotel. We travel a lot, this is one of the dirtiest we’ve tried. Good luck!
