Good hotel well located near train station and central district. Rooms are fine with a comfortable bed. Very long corridors in need of upgrading. Elevators are very small. Breakfast very good.

Staff were exceptionally helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived several hours early and enquired if we could leave our luggage there to allow us to explore before we book in. The hotel was able to provide a room for us straight away and at no additional cost. We had initially booked a room with a balcony , however this room was on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my husband’s vertigo was exacerbated by this, and on explaining this to the hotel receptionist we were able to be given another room on the first floor without any hesitation and again without any additional cost to ourselves. This room, was slightly smaller ( which we were aware of when arranging an alternative room), it still had plenty of space within it. This kind of service we received was very much appreciated by us both and made a big difference to the enjoyment of our stay.

Staff were polite and attentive. Even with an upgrade, hotel room was dated, chipped tub, rust on faucet, dusty room. Bed was big and comfortable. Common areas are well kept. Restaurants onsite. Area around hotel was ideal for taking the train/metro. A station directly across from hotel. Lots of dining options, 5min walk to Tivoli. Hotel is reported as a 4 star hotel even on the local Copenhagen map but did not feel that way. If you don’t mind a dated room, Imperial Hotel location is ideal for commuting to most tourist spots!

Property was in a great location near restaurants and Tivoli. Also near metro stop and train station. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was great as well. Wi-fi was a bit slow and could be improved. Room was tight for three people but we made do.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. Nothing extraordinary. Decent place for Scandinavian standards. Breakfast is okay bur nothing to write home about. Great restaurant on-site but make sure to make reservations if you want to dine-in. Overall, reasonably priced place to stay if you are traveling alone or as a couple. I’d look for other places if you’re traveling with kids.
