Everything went well. Staff was excellent, breakfast was great. Overall an exceptional visit. Will definitely stay here above all else just because of this stay! High class place, staff and guests as well! Nothing about this stay made us feel awkward-which means a lot in to this current state of affairs…….

Room was bright and cheerful and tastefully decorated. The only thing I didn't like was the sticky floor underneath bare feet - I expect this is because of cleaning products but I really dislike feeling like I have to wear shoes all the time - why can't cleaning products be rinsed off?

I was disappointed with all the employees outside by parking area smoking, cigarette butts all over. The room wasn’t vacuumed. There was a candy wrapper on the floor. The fridge door felt sticky, the water in tub and sick were slow. I asked for maintenance and very unfriendly woman at the front said he went home for the day, so I was given a plunger to plunge myself. The bed was very hard, pillows too soft. Not the best hotel stay! Very disappointed!

We didn’t have enough pillows for the three of us and when I called down, the poor woman said she was there alone and would try to track some down, but only when she had a chance. Other than that, staff were able to be helpful and were kind.
