I’ll say there’s not really a doorman & you kinda have to bring up your own bags depending on the staffing but small minor things compared to the rest of the great stay "

"We have been using rentals for 10 yrs. and without a doubt this is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. There is a genuine feel of being at home with this rental. The owners thought of any and every need you could have, from multiple coffee choices to extra bed sheets & towels to books and games. They even have a record player, which I am a huge fan of the vinyl's. Check in was a breeze, neighborhood was easy to navigate very close to Downtown and the owners were there for any needs. "

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The unit is as described, very clean, nice modern decor and with many items to enhance your stay. Being a basement unit it was a bit cold, and the heat is controlled from the main house. But the hosts were quick to respond to messages and a request for the heat to be bumped up for comfort. There was also a space heater provided which we took advantage of. The bed was very comfortable, but note low to the floor if you have any joint/mobility challenges. The steps down to the unit are also steep.We utilized ride-sharing so didn't have to deal with parking. It was located centrally to our planned activities.Communication was great, and we appreciated that they accommodated a later check out."
