The first room had nonfunctional outlets and phone not plugged in. Light with no light bulb in it. Called and had to go to the desk and get the light bulb myself. Second room we moved to had dirty linen on bed. Clean linen provided but we had to change the bed ourselves.

Crappy TV and random Fire Alarm
The hotel looked fairly new, but the TV was already damaged with lines and burn marks - and we were unable to connect to the hotel WiFi to use our FireStick. They have basic cable with no guide, which was annoying for our TV-loving family. Also, there was a fire alarm at 3:30 in the morning and I thought it was kind of crappy that no one was downstairs to tell us what was going on - and no one apologized for the inconvenience the next morning. The Holiday Inn across the street was looking pretty good standing in the parking lot in the cold during the wee hours of the morning.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Our room was cleaned every day but 1. There is a large buffet 😋 breakfast everyday. It was perfectly splendid! On the 1st floor, there is a coffee/tea/cocoa bar. The only problem was the hot water for tea and cocoa was lukewarm at best. I would always have to heat it up in the room microwave. The pool is small but beautifully clean. The chairs around the pool were incredibly comfortable. Only 1 day there were no towels. I would say everything was grand except the pool bathroom was messy and without toilet paper most days. We love it at this hotel and will be back. The 2 ladies at the reservation desk were so friendly, professional and helpful. All the kitchen workers and room cleaners were friendly and did such a nice job.

The checkin process was flawless. The front desk lady was so knowledgeable and kind. She greeted us with a smile! The pool was great. The room was so clean and modernized. We would definitely stay here again!

The best hotel staff I have ever dealt with!
My arrival was delayed, due to storms, for several hours. I called the hotel to let them know I’d be really late, please hold the room. Not only was Olivia that I spoke to, the most pleasant person ever, but she made sure that my passes to my room were ready and waiting so I breezed right in to my room at almost 1 in the morning without any wait at the front desk! She was no longer at the desk at that hour but she alerted the equally nice lady that was and she had everything ready with no wait. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that act of kindness. The staff at this hotel are truly one of a kind!
