The freezer was warmer than the fridge. The ice maker leaked water all over the floor. At 8am, I asked for a noon checkout and was told to check back in 30-60min. I asked again around 945am and was told no, but I could have a few extra minutes. At 1040, housekeeping came into my room while I was in a teletherapy session. Then I got a phone call shortly after. Within a few minutes of the phone call, I was charged $60. Mind you, it was NOT even 11am yet. When leaving at 1105am, I asked the front desk lady about the charge and she was super rude. I will not return to this hotel due to my experience between 1040am and 1105am.

Was not expecting much here but was pleasantly surprised. The size of a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen was so convenient after a long drive. Great showers too.
