When I wiped everything down my cleaning cloth was brown. The wall in the bedroom had a substance on it that was a little concerning. Up and down the halls smelled like pot. We have stayed here many times and never had these issues

My major complaint is on Monday (11/4/2024)morning, a housekeeper was standing by the elavator (around 7:20 am) with a cart of towels and sheets. My husband and I greeted her, she didn' even knowledge us. It was as we did not exist. The rest of the employees were friendly.

We loved to hot tub it was very relaxing and the beds were soft there was plenty of nice breakfast and plenty of bathroom soap and towels everything was great , clean , nice front desk reception, very informative staff was beyond great with everything we asked for pool was a little cold but we still enjoyed it parking was also great lots of restaurants all around everything was close

Excellent hotel. Everyone was so friendly! Easy check in very clean room. The only thing missing was no pen and pad at hotel, and although I don’t usually need it it needed it this time. Other than that I had such a wonderful stay!
