Generally very good.
We stay with Drury a few times a year. This location has always been very good. This trip one of the two elevators was out of service creating a major issue with getting up to and down from our room. We were on the 4th floor. Going up wasn't as big of an issue as coming down. By the time the elevator would stop on our from from the upper floors, the elevator was full and we had to wait yet again. When we were not carrying all of our luggage, we chose to use the stairs to get back down.

Great staff and facility!
I was impressed with this property. Clean facility with dinner, drinks and breakfast included. Staff was very friendly- Sean was engaging and made you feel like family. Elf on a Shelf in the lobby with daily shenanigans. Would definitely stay here again!

The only problem incurred, one of the elevator was not working. 15 minutes wait was the norm. It appears that the elevator gave priority to the top floors. If I was not carrying heavy items, I used the steps. I have stayed at this location in the past, and always been please with the service and the Cleanness, and will continue in the future.

Unexpectedly disappointmented. I understood Drury to be top notch. I was traveling at the start of the Thanksgiving holiday. The hot tub was out of order; 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order; there was only 1 staff person at the front desk to handle the line of guests; the water backed up in the shower (Rm. 321). On the plus side the bed and room was comfortable; the staff was friendly; the breakfast was good and my feet got a bath.
