Shower didn’t drain, heating is very poor, no happy medium either cold or hot. Sorry for this since besides the walk being a long way to the dining room, and the room itself, the spa looks great, and the dining room was great, staff very friendly. We are going to be needing accommodations in Collingwood, but this wont be an option

The property is beautiful and the restaurant was great. Semi expensive for our one night stay. When we arrived our toilet wasn’t working and the lights wouldn’t stay on. The toilet was dealt with while we went into town. Staff was friendly. Had money taken off our damage deposit due to a wash cloth getting soiled when someone used it to remove makeup (pretty standard in my opinion to use a wash cloth) but wasn’t compensated for dealing with a toilet that wouldn’t work and having our lights turn off every couple of minutes We requested a few extra blankets and they were happy and quick to provide them

Very nice property, especially the location. We had a great stay, the units are large and roomy. Showers and bathrooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the spa treatments, as well as the restaurant attached, and we would come back

Our king bed room was clean and comfortable but it lacked any drawers to put your clothes in and contained 1 tiny closet only big enough to contain 2 jackets and maybe a few shirts at best. The shower was a wheel chair accessible shower and the curtain was damaged thus we could not stop water from going out onto the floor.

We’d go again!
We enjoyed our stay. There’s no sign for the entrance or drive through pull in - but once inside the staff are very welcoming and kind. Housekeeping and all staff we encountered throughout the building were kind & seemed happy. The renovation to our room was perhaps incomplete or done a bit poorly- however, the room was comfortable and clean - very clean! The restaurant within the resort was both reasonably priced and to be honest better than many so called high-end restaurants we just suffered through in Niagara. Recommend!

The change rooms for the swimming area. We’re not very well capped at the shower curtains were very dirty. For that reason, we decided not to use the pool, which is unfortunate because the whole reason we booked this particular hotel was because it had Jacuzzi and spa
