Beyond Amazing
This hotel was beyond amazing. We’ve visited before for drinks but never stayed. We needed a place last minute on Christmas Day and luckily they had a room. It was so beautiful and quaint. Loved it. We will stay from now on when in town.

I have stayed here before and loved it. Unfortunately my girlfriend became ill as we checked in. It was understandably too late for me to cancel, so we checked into our room around 5 pm to take a nap to see if she would feel better. We were given a room in the carriage house. It is a very nice room, however the walls were paper thin and we could literally hear every conversation throughout the floor and from any of the hallways in the whole house. We realized there would be no way to comfortably rest and/or sleep so I went back to desk and we checked out an hour or 2 after checking in. The clerk was apologetic and said she would refund the $20 resort fee. I was bummed as I have loved staying here in the last. Definitely request a room in the main building if you are even slightly sensitive to outside noise.

Perfect beautiful historic hotel
Perfect getaway for us, This is our 3rd time staying at the Holbrooke. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, The woman who checked us in was so sweet she gave us free drink at the bar for waiting a few minutes to check in. Room was in adjacent building which was totally cute. Bed was comfy and bedding crisp and cozy. Hotel is always perfectly maintained. They’re currently setting up downstairs bar for Christmas. We had the most fun ever there last year. We will come back before Christmas.

Great Hotel, old time charm with updated convenience. Fabulous restaurant! Great drinks and the bar and wonderful food. Perfect area for walking about. Only negative I have was you do not have air control of your own room. Was hot the first night, but they turned it down the next. Overall great place

The hotel is historic and really nice like looking. The bed was comfy, albeit too mushy. There was no tv in the room, which was unexpected. The sink in the room had virtually no water pressure and the cold handle didn’t work. But the biggest issue…. The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear absolutely everything around your room… maybe that’s why there aren’t tvs!? Come with earplugs and your devices if you want in room entertainment.
