This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it is a very good find. The staff all seem very happy and eager to please. They are friendly, confident and knowledgable about the property. The restaurant has great food - I would encourage the hotel to take a consider adding a couple of more people to the wait staff. The poor employee was doing her best (with a great attitude) but she was the ONLY person waiting tables and it was busy. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great too. I will always stay at this hotel when in Melbourne.

I was only there to sleep. My mother was in ICU and I spent my time with her. I only had a 1 day issue with housekeeping and lack of towels during my 8 day stay. If not for that I would’ve ranked it 5 stars throughout. I highly recommend!!!!!
