The front desk attendant was very professional. However, the first room we entered reeked of marijuana. The attendant gladly changed us to another room. The second room we checked into smelled unclean and had somebody else’s carry out food left in the fridge. The couch also has visible stains. We won’t ask to change again but we won’t sleep comfortably feeling the room has not been properly cleaned.

We loved our stay here! We were traveling with our kids and we appreciated the space in the room as well as the full breakfast that’s served free every am. Housekeeping was impeccable and it’s close by several restaurants which made dinner easy! I would absolutely stay here again!

Eggs on the breakfast were cold the first day. Also, the coffee maker in the room was disgustingly dirty inside.

Great stay!
Everything was great in terms of comfort of rooms with 4 kids. Just some trash on the floor and crumbs on the rug. The toilet was running when we came in but it resolved with a jiggle of the lever.

The staff was nice. The room was nice. There were 2 problems. The breakfast was empty at 9 am with no staff in sight. The pool was overrun by rowdy kids who did not have bracelets to verify they could use the pool.

only negative is the detergent used for the linens gives our kids a terrible rash. We like everything else about the hotel and have stayed a couple of times to make sure it's not a fluke, but will not continue to go unless they change detergents.
