Find somewhere else and book way ahead if you can
We paid almost $90 for our room and it said check in was 3pm. It was around 3:15-3:20 when we arrived to check in and the girl at the desk said it was a $22 charge for early check in so we had to pay more even after t I told her it said 3pm check in and not 4pm. We got the receipt and the key cards and went to find our room. Then we realized the cards said Ramada inn and thought that was weird but went into the room… The first impression was not in any way good. Everything smelled musty and felt damp. The floors were so dirty. The cords to the bed lamps were cut and didn’t work so There was only 1 light in the room by the door. The curtains in the room were mismatched and barely covered the windows. The whole bed clearly needed replaced because the box springs were broken and the bed sunk in almost a foot when I sat on it and I only weigh 128 lbs. the pillows were tiny (like decorative pillows. We checked the bathroom and the shower/tub and sink were dirty and had build up that you could easily see. There was only one bath towel and the floor was sticky. We had no time to find somewhere else because we were attending a concert and there was nothing even available in the area for the night. We decided to just go to the concert and stay out as late as we could. We came back and finally tried to go to sleep and neither of us slept well. Only got 4 hours of sleep and that’s being generous. The bed creaked and squeaked with every movement while trying to get comfortable. 0/10

It was nothing like the picture. The area was very dangerous and the first room they gave me was not even clean, even the second one was just so different from the picture. I was gonna stay there as a quick stop but I couldn't.

The picture online are not this hotel . This is the worst and scariest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only did they do bait and switch with the photos, the outside doors did not lock and were propped open so anyone could come in. There is not a workout area. There was black mold on our air conditioning unit. Granted the whole city of Cleveland was booked but this place needs to be condemned. The parking lot also had pot holes the size of swimming pools

1. The pictures are NOT the same as advertised! 2. The building is completely run down 3. The staff is not accommodating 4. The rooms were DIRTY! 5. The entire carpet was wet in our room! 6. There was mold on the ceiling 7. They tried to charge me an extra $22 to check in 30 min before 4pm. Never had a hotel do this. 8. Paid wayyyyy too much for what this dump is worth! 9. It was super loud all night long until 5am. 10. Our bedroom door lock was broken! 11. Shower curtain was nasty!

Very run down and frankly a dump. I paid $250 for a Saturday night (non-smoking queen). I knew to lower my expectations b/c of the smoking room option. 3/4 bulbs in bathroom were out. TV had a blinking stutter-both issues reported no response. Room was grubby, had dust on the headboard. Mattress was surprisingly comfortable considering the boxspring was wrapped in thick plastic sheeting. I question whether I'm any cleaner after using the shower. The water was hot. Ice machine broken, but they have small bags if you ask. "Breakfast" was a gallon of milk and a container of apple juice, 2 cereal options and some assorted bread and nothing looked fresh or clean. This was a last resort for me, and I'll avoid it in the future.

I truly have never been to a worse hotel in my entire life. It was the dirtiest, most dilapidated hotel I’ve ever been to. The pictures online made it look a bit dated, but seeing it in person was so much worse than I could have imagined. It was incredibly rundown in the common areas when I first arrived, but I still wasn’t prepared for the room itself. When I walked into the room, I immediately noticed that wall paint was peeling and the lights flickered on and off. The bathroom had water on the floor. Then I had the pleasure of finding vomit next to the bed, which was the final straw for me. I was in that room for less than 20 min before I informed the front desk I could not stay there, and left. It was an absolute nightmare.

I only liked the location of the hotel in the area and its close proximity to different places like restaurants, grocery stores...etc. but unfortunately the staff are so unfriendly, place is not clean and not well maintained. A friend suggested this nearby motel and said "there were no bed bugs," however, it felt like there might be. The property is really run down. The parking lot is like a mine zone with major potholes throughout. The interior is really shabby, both in the lobby, the hallways, and the room I stayed in. The bathroom was in poor shape: my toilet seat was loose, and the shower surround was peeling off of the wall. My room faced directly into the parking lot, so I couldn't open my drapes (there were no sheers) without being on stage for incoming visitors. Also, the curtains that were there were not light blocking, so it was hard to stay asleep with the amount of light coming through the curtains. I had to ask the front desk if the TV in the lobby would be on all night since it was so loud I could hear it from my room. Overall, I did not feel comfortable here at all.

Our room was not clean. Toilet was clogged at check in and TV remote did not work. Front desk staff handed me a plunger to unclog the toilet myself. Desk clerk could not fix the TV remote problem. No maintenance staff available to attempt repair, however they did off a room reassignment—chose not to due to being in the room a short time. It was a cheap hotel, but a poor experience, even given the low price. At least we weren’t out in the street.

I see why your hotel is one of the less expensive in the area. Pretty old and basic. My biggest complaint Is that the property as advertised breakfast included. I was here for two days. Day one I went to breakfast at 8:30. The room was cleared out and I thought maybe they just ended breakfast early. The second day I got down there at 8 o’clock and it looked exactly the same. Two slices of bread in a keeper Couple of muffins a cereal tube. And nothing else this property should not be advertising breakfast included because it cost me more. I had to go out to breakfast.
