Checked in after 12:00 am and was told my reservation was “audited” after midnight through their system so my reservation was canceled without a refund. They later told Expedia that they would give me paper work to refund if I go to see their manager in the morning after 6:00 am. I was homeless and slept in the parking lot in my car all night. The morning manager angrily told me there will be no refunds because I was a no show before 12:00 am and their policy is to automatically cancel reservations after midnight. I asked him to show me where that policy is he didn’t have anything to show. He asked Expedia never showed it to me? I told him there is no such policy from Expedia. I’ve traveled for work and leisure in the US, Europe, Mexico and Asia and have never heard of such a policy.

The property was dated and dingy looking internet was not working properly. We complined several times to the front desk and nothing was done even though they said they would fix it. Front desk service was not readily available. Breakfast was horrible, they could at least privide complimentary coffee all day. The police were called to the propert. It's just a shady place.

Not much to like about this place other than the staff was friendly and helpful. Outdated facility that's definitely past it's prime. Sketchy people hanging out drinking in the parking lot at all hours. The bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable that we could barely sleep. Room smelled heavily of cologne that must have been used to cover up the underlying smell of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator suddenly started making sounds like a semi truck in the middle of the night- so bad that I had to get up to unplug it. Heater/ AC unit loudly kicks on about every 10 minutes and wakes you up. We stayed there 2 nights for our son's graduation at nearby Miami University and we honestly got about 3 hours of sleep the first night and only slept a little more the second night because we were so exhausted from the first night. "Breakfast" consisted of packaged muffins and Nature Valley Granola bars. It wasn't cheap to stay here either! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
