The room was pretty clean and the beds were clean but the floor was a bit dirty and the room had nates flying around and bugging us the entire four days. Also the toilet kept running then stopped working on second day which I fixed (the chain had come undone, nothing big) but it needs repair. There was no microwave in the room as advertised and only a continental breakfast provided. Though the beds were clean one didn't have a blanket and they were both very hard to sleep on. Not many amenities. Not the worst hotel but not as good as other Days Inn we have stayed at.

Just very outdated. I didnt know it was outside entry to the hotel so I'm glad I wasn't traveling alone. I should have known for the price. There was some kind of bug in our room whoch there was a grassy area outside our door. Since we were on the back side first floor we had a great view of a factory of sorts. The bed was a dohble but small and the mattress was hard. The complimentary breakfast was packs of little muffins, juice that tasted funny, and coffee. Lesson learned

As soon as you enter the room it smells like old smoke which already makes a nonsmoker feel yucked out. Once in the room I started checking all the seams of chairs and beds for bed bugs. So I was doing that and when I pulled the sheet back to expose the mattress it looked like a murder scene had occurred here in this bed or maybe someone delivered a baby by the size of the stain that was more than half the bed. Then on the mattress pad there were 2 urine stains and blood spot was found on the blanket. This gave me zero confidence that any of the bed linens had been changed. I called the front desk from my phone, because the one in the room didn't work, I ask the girl if I could have a new room but the hotel was full, so I asked for a refund and she said she couldn't since it was booked through hotels.com. So l asked for some new bed linens and explained the whole nasty bed situation. She said she was unsure if there was any extras but could look around and call me back. In the meantime I called hotels.com to ask for a refund and they said they had to contact the hotel. I sent hotels.com all of the pictures. Hotels.com said that the hotel policy said that I couldn't get my money back because it was paid through a third party. I did get extra bed linens from the front desk. I sat on the bed and it was so hard it was like I was sitting straight on the box springs. The pillows were also hard. I think that this was the grossest place I have ever stayed

I’ve frequent this hotel this year since it’s in a convenient location for my family visits and I must say the improvements they’ve made in the last year are coming along now don’t get me wrong I’ve had a couple hiccups on there end a couple times but they’ve always tried to make it right.I will say I tried the red roof inn recently to change it up and instantly regret it the days inn is far far more clean and comfortable.And this last visit really pleased me they really have stepped it up everything was clean.
