Totally horrible. Had to go down to the front desk. Could not turn TV on. Voted is that there we’re other guest who were calling the front desk due to TV issue. Apparently, there is a way to turn TV on! Manager should put in writing the specifics… Furthermore, I had to move Microwave to a outlet in order to warmup my dinner…

Advertised stating they had a hot tub. There was a cold whirpool. Then they advertised free breakfast only to find out there is no breakfast.

horrible check-in.We stood in the office & waited for someone 30 min. The girl that helped us was nice and helpful. We requested a 1st floor room because of bad knees on old people. We were given a room on the third floor. which we said was OK because of an elevator. they were evicting people who had an elevator full of things so after waiting about 20 min we finally took the stairs 3 floors. Our room was all the way at the end of the building so not only did we have to walk up the stairs. We had to go all the way to the very end of the building. They didn’t charge our card so they took and called us and asked us they said can we run it over the phone? We have the card on file and I said yes they told us it was declined. We went down and the manager told us our room was already paid for so we left and went to dinner. Got a call during dinner saying we never paid for our room and we’d have to come back in.when we got back from dinner, we went in, found out that the girl had switched our rooms and that was where the confusion was. remote didn’t work right and was no back over the batteries. The TV cut in and out and in and out the whole time, we never got to watch one program the whole time we were there. Got up the next am went to breakfast to stand outside waiting for 30 min to be told they don’t do breakfast. Last morn.went to leave and the door wouldn’t open. The deadbolt broke into the frame,we were trapped in the room. They sent maintenance,it took 1 1/2 hrs to get us out

First of all, in the website you advertised that the room was 77.00 a night and I was charged 97. There was no breakfast buffet as advertised. Our other party got trapped in their room for over an hour and a half due to a door malfunction. They had to destroy the door to get them out. The bedding was stained.

Was advertised as offering breakfast, but that was a lie. Only coffee. Shower wasnt clean, there was a dirty washcloth over the shower rod, hair and bugs in tub. Bed was a spring mattress. They put us right next to elevator and was noisy all night. Staff barely spoke english including front desk staff.

Spend you money elsewhere

This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a Wyndham property. I travel frequently for work and normally like this chain because it's affordable and dependable. Not at this location. The rooms were relatively clean. There was hair on my toilet seat, long and short, and stains on the bedding and towels. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the room reaked of some kind of cleaner. I had to leave the door and window open to let it air out for a couple of hours to even stand to be in there. Other than that, the room did seem to be pretty clean so I chose to look past those things. However, the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting. When I asked when the last time they were cleaned I was told by the manager that they were cleaned on Saturday. This was on a Monday. There were piles of dirt on the bottom of the pool and hot tub, and the hot tub had green water. They advertise that there is free breakfast and when I went down in the morning I was told that there wouldn't be any breakfast until "maybe sometime next week". After all of that, I canceled the remaining days of my stay and got a refund. While going back and forth with the manager about all of this he told me that if I wanted any additional information about the cleaning of the pool and hot tub I would have to call the police and they must request it. Are you serious? Call the police? There is no way this place would pass health code and I have contacted the health department and reported them.

I am 78 years old and able to get around pretty well, however I did have a difficult time getting in and out of the shower/tub because of no grab bars. I didn't request a handicap room because I don't consider myself handicapped. Also the drain stopper in the sink would not let the sink drain properly unless removed.

As advertised online via hotels.com, complimentary breakfast available for each stay. During the duration of the 2 nights stay, no breakfast was offered except coffee. If breakfast is not available, online advertisement should be honest if no breakfast is available. This should be corrected so guests will not be surprised. If known, would have searched for another hotel who provides complimentary breakfast.
