Our quiet haven is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood on a 1 acre sea view parcel close to beaches. We are extremely easy to find. All the roads to our automatic gated and extremely secure place are paved. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living and kitchen area private space with your own private entrance on it's own level with lots of windows creating a light and airy atmosphere and a spacious covered front porch with outdoor furniture for your relaxing and al fresco dining pleasure. It provides privacy and serenity with beautiful sea views, views of the rolling green hills and sea breezes in America's tropical paradise. It is St. Croix's living at its finest. No shared Condominium walls!! We are 2 minutes from the closest golf course, 5 minutes to beaches and Point Udall. We have provided many amenities, including fast and reliable satellite internet, it will not be affected by the many power outages on St. Croix, a writing table, Smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and even a blender. Our solar panels and Tesla power wall batteries allow you to enjoy continuous power during the many power outages on St. Croix. We provide an up to date and quiet state of the art 18000 btu split AC unit. Initial access is extremely easy, you will be provided with the combination to the easy to locate and well lit lock box to retrieve your keys.

There are so many interesting and fun things to do here on St. Croix. It can be incredibly hard to pick. I am happy to help you decide how you would like to spend your time here. If you plan on going to Buck Island and would like a calm day to snorkel on the East End let me know and we can look at the weather forecast together and determine the best day.

We have small shop vac available for your use. You may use it to vacuum out your rental car to save yourselves from a $195 fine levied by the rental car company if there is too much sand in your car.

Our guest cottage has the most relaxed cancellation policy VRBO allows, a full refund is issued if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival. We highly recommend a trip cancellation insurance policy. Check with your credit card company to see if you have it or purchase a one time policy to be covered.

This is a great spot. Out on the East End with nice breezes, and a view of the yacht club and beyond. Very comfortable and well-appointed. And the hosts are friendly and quick to help. I'll be back!

Let me start by saying the awesome pictures you see in the ad are truly breath taking in person. Everything was on point. The hosts were very friendly and amicable. The property was fully equipped with essentially everything one may need on a stay on this beautiful island. We felt safe and our hosts were warm & inviting. They also provided beach chairs, towels, and coolers to take our beach experience to the next level! The view was amazing. Sarah and GB greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the place, which was very nice. Both of them offered assistance as to where to eat, buy groceries, etc which saved us time trying to figure it out. They were helpful but unobtrusive. We had dinner every night sitting at the outside table that was there for our use, watching the sailboats. It is very quiet which added to our enjoyment.

Most awesome place!
Wow, Sarah and GB are super awesome hosts. Their place is perfectly located up on a breezy hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The apartment was immaculate and so comfortable with every thing you need. Sarah is in contact with you before you arrive. Easy to find. Lots of quiet roads to get some early morning walking on. Close to lots of beaches on the East end of the island. I loved traveling back to the apartment at the end of everyday of exploring St. Croix. It's like going back to your special little hide away from the bustle of the rest of the island. The early morning sun shines right on to your private patio. A great place to get away to and in wind.
