Great house!
The house is amazing. Loved the lay out! It looks like the pictures were taken years ago. The grounds have grown up since the pictures were taken. And the grass had not been mowed for several weeks. I would come again- the house and location was great!

Old, very old.
Only positive comment is that the place is clean. Missing light bulbs everywhere. The living room fan has three different bulbs and only two work, giving out dim amber lighting which makes it look like the lighting in Disney’s haunted mansion. No Internet during the entire stay. I left one day early because me and my wife could not stand it anymore. Find something else.

Very Spacious Home
The house was very clean, the rooms are large. Comfortable seating in the living room and the view is great. Don't expect everything to be brand new and you won't be disappointed. The house worked for our vacation, but everything wasn't perfect. We had to use our own Hulu when we couldn't get a signal on the TV but then discovered that Amazon Prime worked on the TV. The Internet was terrible. I called and reported the TV wasn't working right, just so the next guests might not have to deal with it. We like a softer mattress and our bed was a bit hard, even with a topper, so we didn't sleep the best. Hard to turn our trailer around in the drive/yard but we managed. Two very sharp turns to get there and a gravel drive. But overall, our stay was pleasant.

Very close to Bryson City Attractions and Views without elevation
The house itself is very roomy had really nice views and the area was peaceful. My issues are as follows: The back door was unlocked and ajar when we arrived. The house was dirty. It needs a deep cleaning. Ice machine in freezer shows mold in tray. Floors has visible dirt under tables. Rugs needed vacuuming. Looked like someone had vomited on the hallway bathroom wall and it was not cleaned off the wall. Grout in hallway bath had mold present. Dishes were in the dishwasher. I emailed the management company and included pictures. I have not gotten a response from my email. I cleaned what I could, but was very disappointed I had to clean the rental myself, on Christmas vacation. I would stay again, but they need to replace their cleaning service and refund me the cleaning fee I paid.

Great stay but had issues
The only problem was the A/C did not work when we arrived. (Sat) Sunday they came fix it. Monday it was out again. They came to fix it Wednesday but did not fix. We left Thurs morning. We called Yellow Rose after we got home . We were not at the place in the day time so that helped and the nights cooled off some. Overall, just our bad luck. They really tried but after all is said and done, we were OK.

This property was very nice. We enjoyed our time as there was plenty of space for us all to enjoy. I would recommend that you stock up on necessities - especially in the kitchen. Even if you charge a little more every night - the basics would be great. Garbage bags, foil, plastics, etc...Overall, great experience.

We loved the view and the roominess of the house. We were outside enjoying the picnic area quite a bit and inside in the living area. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The bedroom with the twin beds where my 10 month old grandson was staying had game pieces, candy, and medicine on the floor. Everywhere else was nice.

Love this place .........
This house was everything we hoped for and more. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It had everything we needed ..... comfortable bed, lots of towels, etc, and a very well stocked kitchen. The beautiful view was an added bonus. We highly recommend this for your next vacation in this area.

Christmas vacation 2020
We spend a wonderful peaceful Christmas in this property. It was clean and cute.. felt like grandma’s house. Would stay again. Did not have any issues getting to the property. The property management send turn by turn instruction. Our GPS was also spot on with location. The WiFi is not the best.. but you are up in the mountains.. it’s expected.

Great views, but
View and location was wonderful. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Giant yard light detracted from star gazing. Fire pit wuss full of ash and outside trash can was 3/4 full when we got there. Neighbors dog barked all night, every night.

Great place to see the leaves change
We had a wonderful experience with the property. Loved the big open kitchen. Island was a great place to play games with 7 adults. Bedrooms were nice also. Only thing we had to worry about were the spiders near the picnic table area. Would be wonderful to have the swing back that was shown in past pictures to relax in, and even better if there was a deck area. Overall we would definitely recommend this place!

Great family getaway!
This mountain house was in a great location. Close to town and other activities but far enough away to feel secluded. It was very spacious for a large group and had all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. So happy to have seen kids toys, which kept our boys busy as well as scrabble for us adults to play. We had a few questions for the property management company and they were very helpful and responsive. The only con I would mention would be the noisy and slightly uncomfortable beds, would recommend you bring a pillow if you don’t like flat ones. Overall a clean and enjoyable stay! Would totally stay here again!!!

Nice House
It was very clean and charming. It remind me of grandmas house. Loved the layout of the house and big island in kitchen with chairs around it. Played board games and lots of conversation here. The beds a little squeaky. Missed the swing that was in the picture. Need a hammock would be nice and cut some of the trees and bushes so could see mountain better. Overall loved this place and the covered picnic area. Loved the little rocker in living room and it reclines.

Owner should provide the necessary stuff for people who rent his property.
Love the Location but they are multiple problem in the property. Owner should fix it before renting somebody else. There is no water pressure in kitchen & common shower it's worse than a 1 year kid peeing. No hand soap in washrooms I bought my own & I leave 1 in each washrooms. No dishwasher soap I bought that too & I leave in kitchen. There was only one paper towel roll in kitchen & was used, there was only 1 toilet paper roll in each bathrooms. Have laundry in property but no liquid soap or anything if you want to use it.
