"This is a very pleasant place. It is tastefully decorated and the bar offers a lovely space to grab a drink or a coffee at the end of the day. The breakfast area is elegant and overlooks the green back garden. My room was underground. It wasn’t dark but I could hear the cars that parked nearby and people walking on the road. However since this is a generally quiet area, this was not a major problem. The shower cubicle in my room needed maintenance because the water did not drain well. Otherwise the room was beautiful, comfortable, Warm and clean. "

"The food in the diner is INCREDIBLE...the service at the front desk awesome. We even had an incident where the door locked in the bathroom and the night front desk came to change out the door handle! Excellent, dog-friendly, place ....note there is NO LIFT...our dog can't do stairs so we were carrying our dogs, our bags and ourselves up several flights of stairs"

"Beautiful hotel and amazing staff (like Megan who was excellent). Made my wife and I feel at home. Megan served us at Breakfast and checked us in and out, all of which was pleasant and easy going. No fuss. Breakfast was excellent, great variety and top quality ingredients. The hotel is refined and in-keeping with the area. Every detail has been thought through. Having stayed four times, we will be returning. "
