Rooms are not good for a family environment, a service dog was gifted to my mom which staff saw since check in from the other family group staying there i put for 6 adults 6 children and service dog in expedia app and this hotel came up and i booked being i saw suites far from a suite i travel alot and stayed in five star hotels on last day management brings up a dog thats more obediant then ppl i saw staying there and to fault me and take back points all front desk staff there saw a service dog and the only one that made a issue was the one assured i will get points for the inconvenience of toddler sleeping in a not workable ac room mgnt checked for 5 mins he should spend the night in rm 103 with the molded bathroom i will also state once if there was issue for service dog why out all staff only 1 staff member during checkout had the issue i will let expedia travel know why would they recommend a hotel felt more like a motel that is not service dog friendly since he was added being it was being gifted to my elder mother during our family reunion weekend staff when dealing with the public management needs to be more compassionate when understanding the situation and the inconvenience of a small child staying in a warm room with a floor fan that there staff left in there horrible and if you went to look at camera for a service dog u need to look who you be renting to and the abandon cars you have in your parking lot this was a truly a downgrade stay at this hotel/motel
