Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants.

Cute little place, very clean, comfy beds, ac worked great, has all the kitchen gadgets you would need. Only downside was a motion detector flood light that kept going off and on all night. Would stay here again

It was a perfect setup with two master suites. The home was clean and very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying King Street and the surrounding areas. The location is in the heart of the town, so the city noise comes with the perfect location. The property management was very professional and easy to communicate with.

We had 2 couples, it was great to have 2 master bedrooms, the air conditioning did not function 1 night, host was responsive, but could not get it working that night. We had fans and it was not too hot outside, so it was ok.

Stayed here with three of my business associates for an event we had in town. Home was clean and cute. Pictures are accurate. Front door was difficult to lock and took a while to figure out that it has to be in a certain spot for it to latch. Sure it has something to do with the age of the house. Overall cute place and would stay again.

Guesthouse 190 was perfect for our yearly girls trip. The location was great. We spent one day walking all around. Anywhere we drove to was not far. It was nice to have our own parking spot. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We felt very safe. It was a great choice.
