The grounds are well maintained and offer a cute gazebo for gathering with friends, a small child-friendly playground, BBQ, and plenty of parking. It is quaint, quiet, and very affordable. It is my 'go-to' motel when visiting SUNY Fredonia, which is only a 20 minute drive. No frills, no fuss, but always satisfied. "
