Our stay was fantastic! The front desk staff was excellent and knowledgeable, parking was a breeze and our room was spacious and smelled and looked clean! We ate the hotel restaurant, Connor's, and that was so nice, quiet and fairly priced! We enjoyed the outside space and sat under the stars as it was a nice evening. Within walking distance to the Embassy Theater, Tin Caps stadium and lots of food options! We'd definitely stay again.

This hotel looks great at first glance...just don't look too close. I got a regular room with a King size bed and a couch. Nothing special, but it was over $200 with tax. This hotel needs lots of repairs. I had to go to three separate rooms before I actually got one that was OK. The first one had a terrible sulphur smell. The second one had a door knob that was difficult to open and a HVAC system that was not working. And each time, I had to grab all my stuff again and return to the front desk. The elevators were painfully slow! In the bar, the service was poor. Yes, there was a steady stream of work to be done, but they weren't slammed by any means, and there were 3 people working. Maybe 25 people total in the room. I waitied 10 minutes to be greeted and I was sitting at the bar. Then I ordered a double shot G&T and was charged $25. I got to my room and tasted it only to find out that it was a gin & soda. :-( ugh Again, just looking at the hotel, you'd have no idea that it's in such a state of disrepair. If you're thinking about staying there, stay at the hotel next door. It's in much better shape, the rooms are twice the size and was just a much better experience when I stayed there. I have no plans to ever stay at this property again.

Front desk tried to charge me for the room that was already prepaid. Then I noticed a charge on my credit card for a $20 purchase. Didn't make any purchases. I checked in late, and left 6 hours later to head home. Otherwise the room was nice, and clean from what I seen.

The same night of our hotel stay there was a sport event for children/teens. There were several children on the floor our room was located. Many of those children were allowed to literally run in the hall, hitting our door. This was not the quiet night I was hoping for.
