We stayed in one of the Balcony suites on the second floor. It was enormous. The size of 5 regular hotel rooms it was more of an apartment than a hotel room. With a kitchen, dinning room, living room 2 full baths, a changing room a full master suite a pull out queen bed and dinning table and a bar for eating. The hotel has a great pool thats indoor and heated. There is a very nice workout room with plenty of equipment. For breakfast we were given vouchers to eat at the attached Boston Pizza restaurant. There we were given a menu to choose from and it had a big selection of choices. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner with a very nice menu that include much more than pizza. There is also a bar in the restaurant with a full choice of beverages. Pool tables and dart boards. The between the hotel and restaurant there is a hair salon for men and women. The hotel has a small surviver/ convenience shop in the lobby with snacks and travel esentials. The front desk staff are great at answering any questions you may have and getting you any assistance you may need. The maid staff was quiet , friendly, and there for everything we asked for. The hotel was very clean, quiet and we felt very safe. There is no elevator to the second floor so if you have trouble on step ask for a first foor room. From what I could see they were every bit as nice as the second and this hotel has many different layouts for suites to accommodate families, or parties like weddings or business meetings.

The staff was great. Rooms need renovating. My sink was broken, stains on the lampshade, but other than that the stay was decent. The free breakfast was very good as well.

The price was great. The staff was really friendly and they even got us a joining room, which most hotels won’t do. The area around the hotel in under construction but that will over soon. It’s quite and very well kept up, but you can definitely tell it’s a little older of a building

It was pretty good. The room was nice however we went to the onsite restaurant the night we were there. They were rude and left us waiting way longer than should have. They did not appear busy. With that said the next day for breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast included that I have EVER had.

It was not at all like the photos. My king suite was 2 former adjoining rooms with the in-between doors removed. The windows were filthy. I did not have a filter basket for the coffee pot. The rooms were sparsely furnished, and only one tv remote was operational. It was not worth the $190.

Absolutely the best stay!
Absolutely love her stay here from check-in until check out. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at, they have laundry facilities on site and while we were doing our laundry, we got an opportunity to work out and then you get free breakfasts at most best westerns, but this one gives you a voucher to go to the restaurant that located on the hotel premise and get a breakfast and it was a lot of food some of the best pancakes. I think I’ve had and the coffee was delicious too. I would definitely recommend a stay at the best Western downtown Casper Hotel the absolute best around!

Room was clean and tidy but my issue was that the door to the outside of my room was unable to close properly. The only thing keeping the door closed was the latch. Free breakfast was a joke waiting for seating. Ended up having to leave without.
