It was not at all like the photos. My king suite was 2 former adjoining rooms with the in-between doors removed. The windows were filthy. I did not have a filter basket for the coffee pot. The rooms were sparsely furnished, and only one tv remote was operational. It was not worth the $190.

No elevator, had to carry luggage up metal stairway. The restaurant is a work in progress. Food good, portions change daily. Breakfast started as a voucher, became a complimentary menu. The room ac was loud but maintenance was able to adjust.

Property was conveniently located. Rooms were a little smaller than what I was expecting but were clean. Pool was nice and had an onsite fitness room and laundry. A mini-golf place was located next door which was great for the kids. Staff were helpful and parking was plentiful.

Utter disappointment
We have stayed at the Best Western numerous times over the years and been happy..the breakfast was always really good. This time was a let down with a black bug in one of our beds and the staff and housekeeping were rude, loud and obnoxious.
