"We were looking for someplace to stay besides a hotel room. Searched VRBO for the area we were staying and we found this perfect cottage in Tiverton RI. The price per night was very competitive to local hotels but we got so much more! Privacy, amenities and roomy.b. Host were excellent to deal with and we would definitely book this cottage on our next trip to RI "

"The house is located on a quiet dead-end street in a residential neighborhood, a short walk from the town boat launch on the Sakonnet River. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable and has a nice view of the marsh and the river, especially from the screened porch and upstairs balcony. The porch would be very pleasant in warmer weather. Birders' Paradise lived up to its name. Even in late February, songbirds were abundant in the yard and flocks of geese, ducks and gulls could be seen in the marsh. We enjoyed walking a short loop down the stony beach to the outlet of Almay Brook and back through the marsh to another road. The house is very convenient to Tiverton Four Corners."

"The house was located nicely for our needs - close to Newport but not as pricey and crowded. It was clean, comfortable, and host communicated quickly if we had a question. "

"When looking for a place for our family Thanksgiving gathering I was not confident we could find something that would meet our needs. We wanted something 'nice' but not too precious that I would spend the weekend worrying about the kids damaging something. And we couldn't pay some of the outrageous prices we were seeing. This place fit the bill. it was upscale while still feeling homey and comfortable. And the price was fair. I appreciated the 'extras' such as a folding table in the basement, extra folding chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen. The Primary Suite had a very comfy King bed, a huge closet and the redone bath was luxurious. The owner was quick to respond to questions. There was a firepit and a pond on the property. More than one TV which was nice too. We highly recommend this place. "
