This home has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combo with new tile surround. The kitchen is well-appointed with new stainless steel appliances, the dining room has a dining table that seats 6, and a large backyard with an outdoor shower and gas grill. The house is close to the town's central park and downtown! What more can you ask for?

The laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is attached to the house but is only accessible from the outside.
