Enchanting and Serene
The cottage is of the highest quality construction, with furnishings and amenities to match. Fully renovated October 2013. A great spot for getting together family or friends. One of four rental units (see VRBO Listing #'s 914871, 914873 and 914875 for details on the other three units) set in a large private yard, just steps from a world famous beach. Privacy when you want it and ideal for visiting with each other.

Large, lush private yard, shaded my coconut palms and almond trees. 14'x 18' gazebo houses charcoal grill and tables. Hammocks, wireless internet, local cell phone provided for your stay. Safes, hair dryers, blenders and ipad docks in units. Backup generator ensures power supply is continuous. Beach chairs and coolers provided.

The cottage is enchanting and serene, with ample space. The cottage has a screened in dining area, living area, kitchenette, bathroom, a ceiling fan in every room, and an air conditioned bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed.

Tropical decor and tiled floors throughout add to the charm of the cottages. A professional maid service cleans each cottage every three or four days.

Wonderful stay
This is one of the best places we have stayed. The kitchen was very well equipped, the entire unit was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants and grocery store were a 5 minute walk. The roosters and chickens with their chicks were a lot of fun.

We loved every moment of our stay. From the warm hello at pickup at the ferry terminal (from Eric and in turn, Leon) to our arrival and welcome at the cottage (Sharlene and the cleaning team), to the sheer beauty of Cane Garden Bay, and the gifts of our daily excursions and interactions with the local community, we could not have wished for a more magical time. The cottage too was exactly as shown and was central to the beach, restaurants, and an excellent base for our adventures. We would really love to visit again soon.

Since we have stayed at this cottage twice before, it was just as we remembered, close to the beach and the many restaurants/bars and comfortable. The only thing to do is to fix the bed squeek (cottage #1)....We have always enjoyed these cottages!!

Cozy villa across from a beautiful beach right in the heart of Cane Garden Bay!
My overall impression of the property is that it is very clean and well maintained. Our hosts did all the arranging for our rental car and cab from the airport, which I highly recommend should you get into Cane Garden Bay after sunset. The mountain roads can be a bit treacherous after dark to someone unfamiliar. Also, the hosts were extremely responsive for the minor issue (a broken beach chair), that was quickly resolved. The villa is walking distance to everything in town. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed in Cottages 1&2 and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The cottages were well appointed, perfectly situated, and everyone was helpful, friendly and informative. We have often visited CGB by boat but really wanted to enjoy the beach. Unfortunately it rained all weekend but we were so comfortable and felt at home. Unfortunately our visit coincided with the coronavirus pandemy, while BVI government was issuing travel restricting orders impacting our plans, but our host, Samantha, always kept us updated about the changing situation, and it helped us staying out of troubles. About the cottage itself: we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. From the description it was not clear if the cottage was suitable for more than 2 people. If you have the same question: we were staying in #1, and there was a sofa bed in the living room converting into a queen size bed. So, the cottage can accomodate up to 4 people. One advice: there are mosquitos outside in the evening, so make sure you keep the door closed. The windows are protected with nets, and we were leaving them open overnight to have a fresh air. We don't like sleeping under AC.

We loved our cottage!
Our cottage was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Only the bedroom has air conditioning so our nights were cool and comfortable. Sam and Pattyann were responsive and accommodating. There are no windows, only screens and decorative security bars, on the front of the cottage so prepare for the early morning rooster calls that are part of the charm of the islands. Cane Garden Bay is bustling so a quick walk down to dine was appreciated. We will definitely book again!!

Best Location on Tortola!
We loved our stay in the cozy cottage. When we booked we didn't realize that Cane Garden Bay is the best area on Tortola if you want to be able to walk to the very nice beach (literally only 50 steps away) ...and the bars and restaurants, grocery store. It was so relaxing and the property is very nice. Loved the big porch to hang out on... the bed was super comfy, and the A/C in the bedroom was wonderful! The property managers were exceptional as well... replacing a broken beach chair within a day or two and they checked in with us more than once. They also left thoughtful things like milk for coffee, a couple of bottles of water, and sodas, fresh cut flowers. We highly recommend this place. The only downside is that it's not particularly quiet because of the roosters and the motorcycles that like to go up and down the main street especially on weekend nights. Not too late though and we got used to them (the roosters and the motorcyclers) within a short time.
