Temperature control in the room didn’t work-freezing cold despite raising the temp. Mold in the shower. Half the outlets didn’t work. But bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The wallpaper in my bathroom was peeled pretty bad. And the entire drain plug came out of the bottom of the tub. The towels also didn’t smell clean. The customer service was good though

e stayed out of there control but the elevators smelled of sitting water. Pool was nice and rooms were comfortable and a good size. Not much around there to see as sites go. Rent a car or drive.

The hotel is supposedly a Hilton hotel but refused to apply my Hilton Honors membership to the reservation because I booked via Expedia. The toilet won’t flush and engineer didn’t arrive for 1 hour after 2 calls in the morning busy time- finally we used restrooms in the lobby downstairs and checked out. The whole place was filthy, smelled terrible and the ac was noisy. Very disappointed.
