I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the front desk staff was kind and helpful, I had an unfortunate experience with a missing item. After checking out, I realized I had left some personal belongings in my room. I immediately called the hotel and was told that housekeeping had not found anything. I was especially disappointed because I knew exactly where I had left the items. The staff assured me that they never throw anything out, but despite this, my belongings are still unaccounted for. It’s frustrating, and I’m left wondering where my items could have gone if they truly aren’t disposed of. While I appreciate the courteous staff, this experience has been a letdown

The staff were all super friendly and responsive. The room was very modern and nicely decorated. The lobby was very nice and the restaurant had a nice menu and the food was fantastic, I had the steak sandwich.

Overall it’s alright, but the last night we always hear stomping sound at midnight for an hour. The staffs are helpful though. Next time I’m living at a higher level and not close to the lifts.

Great property for a stop over in Calgary for one night before going back to the airport the next morning. My room was clean, and modern and had a large kitchenette for longer stays. The airport shuttle was convenient and the staff were friendly.

Executive Residency is a perfect choice!
Great staff, very welcoming. Hot tub was a perfect temperature, pool was nice too. Our room was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The couch with chaise was comfortable for watching tv. The kitchenette and table were a nice addition to the room. Definitely would recommend for a longer stay. The bathroom was big and bright with a fantastic shower! The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the extra price. There was many options for every type of breakfast you could want. The made to order omelettes were also great. I have no complaints about this hotel at all! Very modern and well maintained property.
